Top o' the mornin' to ya! The Ides of March is behind us and Spring is days away. The early Spring forward with it's longer days was a welcome change this year. It's great getting home with enough daylight for a walk.
My family and I celebrated St. Patricks day on Sunday. I always end up wondering why I only make corned beef once a year. It's great! By birth, I'm not of Irish descent, but everyone qualifies in March.
